WORK FOR THE J. ELITE BRAND

All Service Providers must undergo training or schooling in order to perform certain services. Based on state laws the individual MUST be licensed if the service they provide is regulated under federal and/or state guidelines.

We currently offer two options for service providers who work under the J. Elite Brand as Commissioned Service Providers:

Earn 50% Commission on all services — ideal for candidates who don’t have clientele or still building. 50% will go to the spa. (if the service provider under performs, management will evaluate to continue employment after a 90-day probational period)

OR

Earn 100% Commission on all services with flat rate due each week — ideal for candidates who HAVE clientele. You will then be assigned a weekly commission that goes to the spa every Friday. This rate does not change based on the amount you make but based on the calendar year. (the service provider will be on a contract which they must signed and agree to the rate. 30 day notice of termination is required to end contract)

Waldorf (6 private Treatment Rooms):

  • ALL Shared Space $160 per person

  • Small Private Treatment Rooms ( Room 1, 2, & 3) $200

  • Single Private Suite (Room 5) $220

  • Double Private Suite (Room 6) $240

Hyattsville (9 Private Treatment Rooms):

  • ALL Shared Space $190 per person

  • Single Private Treatment Rooms (Room 4 & 5) $230

  • Large Private Suite (Room 8 & 9) $250

  • Double Private Suite (Room 1, 2, 6, & 7) $270

  • Triple Private Suite (Room 3) $290

Candidates must have:

  • A fast learner with a positive attitude

  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision

  • Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution & customer service!

  • Valid certification or valid license (based on MD state regulations)

  • NO clientele is required but preffered

RENT A SPACE OR SUITE AT J. ELITE

All Service Providers must undergo training or schooling in order to perform certain services. Based on state laws the individual MUST be licensed if the service they provide is regulated under federal and/or state guidelines.

Earn 100% Commission on all services — ideal for candidates who HAVE clientele. You will then be assigned a weekly commission that goes to the spa every Friday. This rate does not change based on the amount you make but based on the calendar year. (the service provider will be on a contract which they must signed and agree to the rate. 30 day notice of termination is required to end contract. There is also a deposit equal to 1st weeks rent as well first weeks rent that will be due upon subleasing)

THIS OPTION IS FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO RUN THEIR OWN BUSINESS INSIDE OF J. ELITE. You will be responsible for all furniture, supplies, marketing, website, booking, etc.

Waldorf (6 private Treatment Rooms):

  • rates vary from $200-$300 (please inquire within to see if any vacancies)

Hyattsville (9 Private Treatment Rooms):

  • rates vary from $240-$350 (please inquire within to see if any vacancies)

Spa Coordinator

—Spa Coordinators are responsible for ensuring a high level of satisfaction for spa customers by completing the following tasks: greeting customers, handling the correspondence, answering to customer inquiries, escorting guests to treatment areas, promoting spa services, and making sure spa operations run smoothly. Additional task include; providing exceptional service and experience to each client through phone and in-person interactions. They are responsible for; communicating sales promotions and service options with clients, promote health and wellness benefits of spa services we offer, membership/package education and sales, schedule/confirm appointments and balance the daily appointment book, passionately promote products and services with effective computer data entry

Pay: $15 per hour depending on profession and experience

Candidates must have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A fast learner with a positive attitude

  • Computer proficiency; knowledge of Millennium booking/POS systems is a plus

  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision

  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking

  • Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution

  • Have reliable transportation to/from work
